Our trainers are looking forward to share their specialized knowledge with you in the trainings.
Advanced Product Owner
Participants in the Product Owner course learn about their role in the Scrum context. Important learning objectives are stakeholder and requirements management, as well as the handling of the product backlog.
Advanced Scrum Master
The most important role to start with Scrum is the Scrum Master. In order to be able to pursue his main goal “to introduce and continuously optimize Scrum”, every Scrum Master must have a deep understanding of Scrum. This course creates the important basics for this.
Kanban
“Start where you are and visualize your work”. Kanban helps you empirically and evolutionarily optimize work of a team or individuals so that our customers get the best value as quickly as possible. Learn how to achieve this with Kanban.
Leading SAFe
A SAFe Agilist supports companies in their efforts to become a Lean-Agile company. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and its underlying principles, which are derived from Lean, System Thinking, Agile Development and DevOps, form the basic framework.
SAFe POPM
Using the “Scaled Agile Framework” (SAFe) as an agile scaling framework, we will highlight the tasks of the product owner (PO) as well as the product management (PM) in this course. Backlog management, functional control of an agile release train (ART), stakeholder management and portfolio control are just some of the topics covered.
SAFe Scrum Master
To fill the role of a SAFe Scrum Master in a SAFe organization, this course provides an overview of SAFe, the responsibilities of the SAFe roles, and specifically the SAFe Scrum Master to support Agile teams and the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Scrum for all Roles
Scrum is currently the most widely used framework in the agile context. Regardless of your current role, this course will teach you everything you need to know about the roles, events, and artifacts in Scrum to successfully collaborate with Scrum teams or be a valuable Scrum team member.
