Scrum for all roles

In the “Scrum for all roles” course, the SCRUM framework is at the center of the playful learning journey. Those who already work with Scrum will discover deeper nuances for themselves. If you are new to it, you will get the refreshing clarity of the interplay of values, roles and the special features that result from the complete application. In addition, there is basic psychological knowledge and effective methods in order to be able to live this new type of successful cooperation as a group.

Our two-day course is geared towards a clear understanding of the theory and the interaction. A combination of theory, exercises and discussions will let you grow into this framework. For your day-to-day work, you will receive answers and practices that will serve as the foundation of your craft. The work of a very good Scrum Master is a three-part craft and we prepare you for it.

At the end of the course you will have the basics for your work: In addition to psychological understanding of work culture and group work, motivation and work equipment, you will know why your team needs these time boxes, ceremonies and tasks and which useful artifacts have to be used for this.
