SAFe Scrum Master

In the “SAFe Scrum Master” course, we place the important role of the Scrum Master in the context of the SAFe Framework. The clear interaction of the various levels and roles of the framework form the basis of its work. The cooperation with the Release Train Engineer, who as the superordinate Scrum Master ensures that an Agile Release Train (ART) is successful, is also developed here. In addition, there is basic psychological knowledge and effective methods to accompany a group in their successful cooperation.

Our two-day course is geared towards a clear understanding of the theory and the interaction. A combination of theory, exercises and discussions will let you grow into this framework. For your day-to-day work, you will receive answers and practices that will serve as the foundation of your craft. The work of a very good Scrum Master is a three-part craft and we prepare you for it.

At the end of the course you will have the basics for your work: In addition to psychological understanding of work culture and group work, motivation and work equipment such as Kanban and Scrum in SAFe interpretation, you will know how to stimulate self-responsible, successful cooperation in your team and in ART be able to promote, support.
