Scrum Master

In the Scrum Master course we will present our insights and strategies from years of success in introducing high-performance Scrum teams in companies. The role of the Scrum Master is the linchpin here.

Our two day course is dynamic and highly interactive. The course participants initially organize themselves in small groups. You will take part in a variety of games and exercises that will allow you to experience the role of the Scrum Master up close. With our help, you will go on a learning journey and create a product backlog, among other things.

By the end of the course, you will know how Scrum can speed up any project. This training is intended for all persons and roles even without Scrum experience. There are no prerequisites.
