The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product. The procedure can be very different depending on the company, Scrum team, and individual.

In this course, we go into the Scrum Framework and in particular the usual activities of a Product Owner in order to be able to successfully fill the role of the Product Owner. We pay special attention to stakeholder and requirements management.

In this two-day course, you will learn how to assess business value, prioritize features, projects, and portfolios, and generate real sales with the Product Backlog.
