At first, Scrum can be intimidating. Over the years, we’ve found that teams work better together and have a higher rate of success when they’ve had help getting started. Over two days, the team works with our coaches to draw up a working agreement based on internal team goals and values. In addition, initial production backlogs are created and prioritized, and common definitions are recorded.
